What I do

Here's what I take care of.

I'll come by weekly or every other week — whatever it takes so your yard always looks good.

Mowing

I keep the height right and the cut even, week after week, so the whole lawn looks the same the whole way across.

Edging & trimming

Crisp edges along your walks, driveway, and beds — plus trimming anywhere the mower can't quite reach.

Blow & cleanup

I clear the grass and dirt off the driveway, walks, and patio before I go — always leaving it clean in the end.

Weed control

Treatment for weeds in your lawn and beds, so they stay out instead of taking over.

Mulching

Fresh mulch in your beds — keeps weeds down, holds moisture, and makes the whole yard look sharp.

Planting & landscaping

New shrubs, flowers, or a small landscape refresh — I'll help you plan it and put it in the ground.

Tree trimming

Cutting back overgrown branches and limbs so your trees stay healthy and out of your way. Just ask and I'll work it into your quote.

Property cleanup

Overgrown yard, storm debris, years of neglect — I'll get it back under control in one visit.

Common questions

Things people usually ask.

Anything not covered here, just text me — I'd rather answer than have you guess.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes — fully licensed and insured. If anything ever goes wrong on your property, you're covered, and I'm happy to show you the paperwork before we start.

How much is it going to cost?

Depends on the size of your yard and what shape it's in, so I don't like quoting blind. Send me the address and a couple of photos and I'll come back with a real number — the quote's free either way.

How often would you cut?

Weekly or bi-weekly, depending on the season and how fast your grass is growing. Florida summers push most yards to weekly; things slow down in the cooler months.

Do I need to be home when you come?

No. Most of my customers aren't. I just need gate access and a heads-up about any pets. Once you're on the schedule you can see your next visit any time on the schedule page.

What happens if it rains?

I move you to the next dry day that week and text you so you're not wondering. You'll see the change on your schedule page too.

Can I skip a week or change my day?

Yes. Log in to your schedule page and request a different date — pick the cut you want to move and tap the day you'd rather have. I'll confirm it.

Like how it turned out?

If I did right by you, a quick Google review means a lot — I'm just getting started, and it's how neighbors find me.
